Suzanne was a tremendous help! Being from Canada, and not as familiar with the real estate market and process in Florida, Suzanne was by our side every step of the way in assisting my parents in purchasing 2 homes, and selling one in Fort Myers, FL. Her guidance and expertise in how to navigate the SWFL market was second to none! We now have a spectacular property in Fort Myers that will be enjoyed for many years by our entire family! Thank you Suzanne, couldn't have done this without you!

Suzanne sold our home in Cape Coral, the process was handled professionally. We had such a great experience with her ,that when we decided to sell another property in Naples, we never spoke with any other realtor. If you want a person to represent you ,and really work hard on your behalf, this is definitely your realtor.

"... I know I made the right decision in choosing Suzanne." I have a few family friends that are realtors but after just speaking with Suzanne a few times, I knew she was there to help me, and had my best interest at heart. Now that's it's all over, I know I made the right decision in choosing Suzanne. She was definetly knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales, and the process as a whole. Suzanne caught important information on the closing paperword from the title company that would've cost me money, and she got it fixed with no hiccups before we went to closing. She went above and beyond with helping me get into first home, and took her time to explain all the paperwork to me in a way I understood since it was my first time buying a home. Suzanne surpassed my expectations in all these factors, and I couldn't ask for a better person to be by my side through this whole process. She made me feel confident...

We met Suzanne at an open house, which we purchased. She was very knowledgeable regarding the house. She was quick to respond to questions and very flexible when we needed to make return visits. She was able to arrange closing within 2 weeks of offer!! We immediately knew that Suzanne is the only agent with whom we want to handle our transactions. We own a property investment company and have purchased another property in the Cape Coral area with Suzanne. She has assisted in meeting with contractors and obtaining pricing. She goes ABOVE & BEYOND what any other agent would do!! She is our agent for buying and selling!!

Suzanne has a profound social conscience Suzanne Vasbinder was recommended to me by my handyman, who worked for me for many years and whom I wholeheartly trust. He told me Suzanne had recently sold his neighbor's house, and spoke highly about her community involvement. that is what impressed me the most. Suzanne has a profound social conscience and uses her profession to improve the wellness of her community. That to me is tops in a business transaction, one in which everyone is a winner.

Martha Hill, Cape Coral, FL

Suzanne Hillner Your Home Sold GUARANTEED

I have worked with numerous different realtors before between Florida and Illinois, none of them are as good as Suzanne. Not only does she have an amazing track record for her clients but she actually CARES and advised us to do what’s best for our family, and not her which is a rare find. Cannot recommend enough, 10/10 until she retires Suzanne is my family’s realtor for life.

Kory Whiteside

We just closed on our new home today in Estero!! Suzanne Vasbinder with EXP Realty was such a pleasure to work with!! She came very highly recommended by one of her fellow realtors in SE Florida as one of the best realtors to work with in SW Florida. Suzanne helped to guide us thru the buying process. She showed us multiple properties and ended up finding the perfect new home for my family. There are always bumps in the road when purchasing a property, but anytime something came up, Suzanne was there to help us navigate thru the problem and find a solution. She was very professional throughout the process and took very good care of my family. I would highly recommend working with Suzanne Vasbinder if your looking for a highly experienced and easy to work with type of realtor, you won’t be disappointed!

Donna and I found Suzanne after visiting the Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider program. She responded very quickly answered all my questions and took care of a number of issues I would not have expected a Realtor to do. We have now closed on our new property and I'm currently looking out over San Carlos Bay. The sunset last night was marvelous. Great job Suzanne!

"Suzanne is a true professional that goes above and beyond for her clients" Suzanne is a true professional that goes above and beyond for her clients. I would never consider using another broker.

Kelly Robichaud, Cape Coral, Florida

Suzanne Vasbinder and her team has it figured out. The amount of value they bring to the table from market knowledge, to her team surrounding her, and even the service she provides is unmatched. I have talked to and worked with many other realtors and real estate teams, and the Vasbinder team is light years ahead of all of them. The only team I will be working with for the rest of my real estate journey. Thank you Suzanne!

Suzanne has been great to work with from the very beginning all the way until the completion of the project, and closing for them. We, Docksavers Inc., had a contract with the sellers to build a new seawall at a home Suzanne was involved with, and as a realtor she was far more educated in our part of the process than most people we come across or do business with. Luckily, I have also been fortunate to of worked with Suzanne when I purchased my new home about 2 years ago. As being a first time home buyer, I was full of questions and probably more indecisive than someone purchasing a 2nd or 3rd home, and I couldn’t of been luckier to have found Suzanne during this time. She educated me, took her time showing me places, but most importantly I knew she really CARED about finding me the perfect home for my daughter and I, and not just making a sale. Thanks Suzanne!
