With deep roots across Europe and the United States, Suzanne Vasbinder brings a global perspective and unmatched market expertise to the Southwest Florida real estate scene. Born in Scotland and raised in Belgium before settling in Wisconsin, Suzanne is multilingual, culturally savvy, and passionate about helping people navigate life’s biggest transitions with confidence and care.

Suzanne holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and also studied at the prestigious Sorbonne in Paris. She began her career as the owner of a successful travel agency before moving into luxury fashion sales with the Carlisle Collection in New York. After relocating to Florida, she transitioned into real estate—fulfilling a lifelong dream.

Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2012, Suzanne has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results with integrity and heart. In 2021, she founded Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – Vasbinder International, a boutique brokerage based in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. Her youngest daughter, Alexandra, serves as the firm’s CFO/COO, helping build a true family business that puts clients first.
