We wouldn't think of using another realtor to look for our second home then Suzanne ..She is top notch in her field and we have been very impressed with her knowledge in Real Estate and the area we were looking in... not to mention the company she is with ... both have shown a high level of professionalism! We called Suzanne and she got right on what we were looking for.. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know who is or will be looking for a home in Florida (west coast)

Donna and I found Suzanne after visiting the Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider program. She responded very quickly answered all my questions and took care of a number of issues I would not have expected a Realtor to do. We have now closed on our new property and I'm currently looking out over San Carlos Bay. The sunset last night was marvelous. Great job Suzanne!

Suzanne has been great to work with from the very beginning all the way until the completion of the project, and closing for them. We, Docksavers Inc., had a contract with the sellers to build a new seawall at a home Suzanne was involved with, and as a realtor she was far more educated in our part of the process than most people we come across or do business with. Luckily, I have also been fortunate to of worked with Suzanne when I purchased my new home about 2 years ago. As being a first time home buyer, I was full of questions and probably more indecisive than someone purchasing a 2nd or 3rd home, and I couldn’t of been luckier to have found Suzanne during this time. She educated me, took her time showing me places, but most importantly I knew she really CARED about finding me the perfect home for my daughter and I, and not just making a sale. Thanks Suzanne!

Suzanne was a tremendous help! Being from Canada, and not as familiar with the real estate market and process in Florida, Suzanne was by our side every step of the way in assisting my parents in purchasing 2 homes, and selling one in Fort Myers, FL. Her guidance and expertise in how to navigate the SWFL market was second to none! We now have a spectacular property in Fort Myers that will be enjoyed for many years by our entire family! Thank you Suzanne, couldn't have done this without you!

I have worked with numerous different realtors before between Florida and Illinois, none of them are as good as Suzanne. Not only does she have an amazing track record for her clients but she actually CARES and advised us to do what’s best for our family, and not her which is a rare find. Cannot recommend enough, 10/10 until she retires Suzanne is my family’s realtor for life.

Suzanne Vasbinder and her team has it figured out. The amount of value they bring to the table from market knowledge, to her team surrounding her, and even the service she provides is unmatched. I have talked to and worked with many other realtors and real estate teams, and the Vasbinder team is light years ahead of all of them. The only team I will be working with for the rest of my real estate journey. Thank you Suzanne!

Thanks just isn't enough, she is the best! We were blessed our paths crossed with a recommendation from Bob's boss. We now have a friend that knows her stuff!

We met Suzanne at an open house, which we purchased. She was very knowledgeable regarding the house. She was quick to respond to questions and very flexible when we needed to make return visits. She was able to arrange closing within 2 weeks of offer!! We immediately knew that Suzanne is the only agent with whom we want to handle our transactions. We own a property investment company and have purchased another property in the Cape Coral area with Suzanne. She has assisted in meeting with contractors and obtaining pricing. She goes ABOVE & BEYOND what any other agent would do!! She is our agent for buying and selling!!

"She was so helpful, patient with us..." She was so helpful, patient with us and was willing to do whatever we wanted. Usually every agent we have dealt with in the past starts off telling us how it is going to be and she didn't. She started off with what can I do for you and how do you want this to go? She is totally awesome!!! Her performance was outstanding!!! She is the best of the best!!!! I can't think of one thing I would change about how she handled this transaction. She handled and thought of everything!!!! There was no need to talk to anyone else. Suzanne handled everything. I am so glad I didn't not miss the opportunity to work with her. I only wish I had more houses to sell!!!! lol

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Suzanne Vasbinder, as our real estate agent over the last year. Purchasing a second home 3,000 miles away can be challenging, but Suzanne was there every step of the way. She has been a great support during and long after our purchase, providing a high level of excellence and professionalism. Her personal and business contacts were invaluable setting up our household. We have worked with many realtors over the years but Suzanne in on a whole new level. I could not imagine you would be better served with anyone else. Wishing Suzanne all the best on her future projects.
Vic Chambers

Suzanne sold our home in Cape Coral, the process was handled professionally. We had such a great experience with her ,that when we decided to sell another property in Naples, we never spoke with any other realtor. If you want a person to represent you ,and really work hard on your behalf, this is definitely your realtor.
Marie Hoarau-Bond
Suzanne has a profound social conscience Suzanne Vasbinder was recommended to me by my handyman, who worked for me for many years and whom I wholeheartly trust. He told me Suzanne had recently sold his neighbor's house, and spoke highly about her community involvement. that is what impressed me the most. Suzanne has a profound social conscience and uses her profession to improve the wellness of her community. That to me is tops in a business transaction, one in which everyone is a winner.
